Who DOESN'T like slasher movies?

I totally dig the slasher movie. But which among you doesn't like slasher films as a genre? Or hates them with a passion? And of course, why?

When I first started watching horror films as a kid. Slasher's were my least favorite sub genre. Now they're my second most favorite. Behind action-horror.

I don't like slasher movies made after 1985. With the exception of Scream and maybe Ikwydls.
